time of day service

This service is used to schedule services which should be run on specified days of the week at specified times. A simple example might be an office with a switchboard service connected to the line from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and an answerphone service the rest of the time. However, you can set up a much more complex schedule than this by using up to seven time slots.

Like all Callagenix services, the time of day service can be set up and operated in a test environment free of charge. Simply click Free Trial to create a test account.

  • Each time slot can be set to a day (or days) of the week or a period during the day, or a combination. For example, you could set a slot to every day from 6 to 7pm, or all day Sunday, or from 3 to 4pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • A default time slot (runs whenever nothing scheduled specifically) and up to seven scheduled time slots are available, making complex schedules possible.
  • Any Callagenix service can be set against a time slot, Switchboard, Answerphone, Call Divert, etc..
